That's an emotional day

I suppose. It's been 6 years since my dad passed and 25 years since Jerry passed. Time heals most wounds, or at least it makes them less tender.

I remember Jerry's passing quite clearly. It was KB who delivered the news via an early morning phone call. This asshole that I used to work with called me right after with the news, and I was so grateful that KB had reached me first. 

My father's passing is blurry. I have to recheck this thread to remember the details. Perhaps because it was in slow motion, while Jerry was a blindsiding shock.
