It's sad that I have to confess that I felt that some of the swordfights went on a little long.
Much darker tone to this film than the last. Not nearly as many laughs. And, typical of trailers, many of the high moments were given away in an unhelpful manner. Not to mention that the big giggles in the trailers were all takes not used in the film. In particular, the "never mind, let's go" bit was done totally differently in the final cut. Better? Not really. Why do they do that? Very annoying.
In all, we enjoyed it. Darker tone and all. Somebody should make a theme park ride out of this movie. I bet it'd be a classic.
