How Zeke Found Religion is a WWII bombing mission that goes horrifically wrong on lovecraftian levels. Very sanguineous and Old Testament biblical. Enjoyed it for its gruesomeness.
The Other Large Thing was a funny cat video. It reminded me of the previous LD&R cat vignettes, and perhaps this is a prequel. It’s funny and adorable, playing on feline narcissism, which is always funny. I hope they sequel this one…

400 Boys = The Warriors meets Kaiju babies. Kinda visual but just more post apocalyptic stuff.

The Screaming of the Tyrannosaur had some deep wushu influence and I don’t mean just because the main character spoke mandarin. The fight moves were clearly Mo-capped of wushu. The animation was heavy videogame and the story was cliche (Rich people watching poor people play lethal games). The action was ok. Not thought provoking or dazzling visually - a bit weak for LD&R but it’s only like 15 mins,

Golgotha shouldn’t count. It was live action except for the alien. Rhys Davies stars in it but he can’t even save this ep. It’s short, silly, and misses the point.

For He Can Creep was great. Beautiful animation, funny story, a great little short.
All LD+R eps with cats are the best.

Smart Appliances, Stupid Owners was basic stop motion animation but a funny premise, at least funny enough for its short running time.
Can’t Stop was a RHCP music video - kinda meh.
Bottom line for this season - watch the eps about space travel or cats.
