Good call on Hiro. In the book, the Hornet was the snack trolley girl and it was implied that the conductor was in cahoots. The film version had strong casting in both roles (Masi Oka & Karen Fukuhara) which was a total red herring for anyone who read the book.

I got H on the train for our xmas movie. She enjoyed it
