The suitcase reminds me of Pulp Fiction.
A lesbian love story. Lesbians on the run. It’s a lesbian buddy flick - a loose lesbian and an uptight lesbian tale a road trip to Tallahassee driving a car as a moving job but there’s a mix up and they get a car with a suitcase and container on ice. Hilarity ensues. Well, not so much. It has some of that droll noir humor that I love from the Coen bros/sistas but only half of it. A lot of the lesbian humor falls flat. The thugs are funny but they’re not enough to hold it. There’s a lot of sex - it opens with a goofy cunnilingus scene - however it’s noticeably sans nipples. There’s lots of dildos. There’s good cameos - Cyrus, Damon, Pascal - as well as several psychedelic segue scenes (which ultimately lead nowhere), plus some goofy violence. Don’t get me wrong - I’m entertained by goofy violence, psychedelic scenes and lesbian sex but this missed the mark.
