Oof. Drunk monk lives up to his moniker.

What a night. Rolled into sdcc around 5. Picked up my Covid pass and credentials very smoothly then headed to the immortal booth. The exhibition hall closed at 7 so I didn’t have long there and just hung out with the crew to get to know them. I got a key to the room of one of the exhibitor crew - goes by wuxiaman on ig and knows his films very well. He’s already recommended a few titles I must follow up on. Went to the Den of Geek party and it was a blast - open bar, endless sushi, Finger snacks. It was at the skybox which has a commanding view of the city. I Got key players of the immortal crew in and some old Kung Fu brothers from Lam kwoon. Then Peter (Immortal boss) and I stumbled over to the DoG after party at social tap. Already seriously buzzed I had one more shot before stumbling back to the hotel. I left Peter - it’s been a long day and my back started to give out despite all the drugs and liquor (I know, I know - not supposed to combine those because it makes you dizzy - I still got some drunken kung Fu skillz so I made it home fine$. I was worried wuxiaman was sleeping but it’s past 1 am and he’s still out. 

I should crash. I didn’t sleep well last night and I got 2 full days ahead.

Rough night. Couldn’t sleep due to arm nerve pain. Struggled to find that position of comfort and failed. 

My power cord died. Need to find a new one and some breakfast. Then it’s signing time. Then I’m turned loose for the day.
