I honestly get a chill every time I watch this scene. I rewatched a chunk of it when I did my Money Heist overview for DoG. I had to stop myself before I got completely sucked into watching it all over again.

Did you try Sky Rojohttp://www.brotherhoodofdoom.com/doomFor...p?tid=6213  I gave up on that but I might try it again. I can see how it echoes some of the style of Money Heist but I just didn't find the characters engaging. Money Heist is so much about the characters.

I did not, but now were in that summer entertainment gap again, so maybe we'll give it a try...

I’ve never watched the English dub. It’s not bad for Tokyo, which is all that matters really.

I got that by mistake the other day. It was really disturbing after 4 seasons of Thpanith.

and Sonny (still debating about if this can come together) http://www.brotherhoodofdoom.com/doomFor...5#pid49515

My editor will have transcripts from the TCA press tour for this tonight. They've asked me for some possible coverage on that, plus more ...screeners of the next season.

I never got any screeners. I'm pondering how to watch at BottleRock

There were two LCdP cosplayers at BottleRock. I posted a selfie on my faceplant album. Every time we saw each other, we’d yell ‘Por Nairobi!’

I’ve been eager to dive into my binge all weekend but I’m outta gas now from the weekend. I gassed out this afternoon as I was struggling to write some ad copy. Sleep time. I’ve got a short window to write something more for Den but I don’t think I’ll get there...This weekend I must prep for Life is Beautiful.

S5e1: A reprise of the S4 finale from some alternate angles, elevated to epic proportions. More of Tokyo’s backstory and some new characters, like a son. The whole cast is given range to act and they’re all on point, especially Ursula. It’s a big grand Ep, like the show is stretching it’s wings, getting ready to jump off that cliff for some hang time.

E2: Let the firefighfs begin! Add a browning mounted on a vehicle and a flamethrower. That’s all I remember. Full auto fire power. I’d watch more but I still need sleep.

GODDAMMIT!

Saw a spoiler. Saw some clues even though I've been averting my eyes from social media, and I had a hunch even from a few glimpsed memes, but it just got confirmed by one of my editors. She warned me with a huge Spoiler Alert message but I scrolled past it when replying and my skim-vision was too sharp.

It's huge. Total gamechanger. Not even sure how they move on to the final season now...

E3: ha. Called that in my predictions article. Two calls. One was obvs from the beginning of s3. The other was obvs from the s; finale.

Then lots more firefights.

E4: The conclusion of the backstory arc. A win for the gang, but it quickly reverses. Nairobi!

Steeling myself for the inevitable finale.

Ouch. Brutal.

I don't know how they come back from that for the finale season.

Watched the BTS doc. It’s a solid epilogue, although more contrived than the previous one. They explain the plot devices better. They wanted to make a war story, which is exactly what they did. Nice to see the cast out of make up and character. Didn’t realize Bogota was a real life boxing champ (makes sense) and just discovered Helsinki is a qigong teacher.

Still reeling from the s5 finale. What a twist and cliffhanger.
