I won't stand still and don't call me 'laddie'.
That being said, now that I'm done with GoT, I've circled back for S14 of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. It's still horribly wrong, as NPC as it gets. I'm still amused by it. S14 is 8 eps and just ended. I think I've seen every ep of this show until this season, which I've saved until now.

IASiP S15e2 had a Dolph Lundgren cameo.
Started watching Brooklyn 99, the other portion of my SDCC deal with my daughter. Binged the 1st 10 eps already. Entertaining cast chemistry. What a role for Terry Crews. Fun to see other SNL peeps make cameos too. But there's a lotta eps, 6 seasons with 20+ eps per season. But they're short, less than a half hour each, and episodic in that way so they don't really need to be watched in order.

Figured it out. Moving.
I've watched Brooklyn99 since the beginning. I've really enjoyed. It has a very quirky sensibility. Holt is the character that has shown the most change over the seasons. But they are all funny.

Holt and Kevin are my favorite part of the show.

I'm not deep enough in to have favorites yet but Santiago is basically a redux of Maya from Just Shoot Me. I could relate to that show because it's about magazine publishing. If Hitchcock and Sully were millennials, they might remind me of some of my coworkers. I probably remind them of Gina. It's a very entertaining show though. You had mentioned it earlier on one of this TV season threads Greg. Took me a while but I finally got around to it. There was a set mock up at SDCC, and we thought about checking it out, but it was outside of the venue, in the gaslight district and the line was absurd.

S14 It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia down. The noir B&W detective janitor ep was amusing (they do one out of the box ep every season it seems) but I liked the zoo ep the most. The show has lost some of its bite because they've dished out almost every offensive schtick already, but the gang is still amusing. I'll watch S15 when it comes around.

The Outsider on HBO is very well done. We saw Ep1 last night and it was excellent. It's based on Stephen King novel starring Jason Bateman and Ben Mendelsohn. Bateman directs and boy did he do a great job as a director. The soundtrack is exemplary.
Here's hoping they keep up the quality for the rest of the season.
Although, I read the book, I barely remember it. Bits and pieces are coming back as I watch but I can't remember where the story is going.

The Outsider Ep2 S1 was just as moody and atmospheric as the first episode. I really like what they've done with sound track. Lots of strange noises and sounds. Tension continues to build across the episode. I'd watch the show every night to binge it if I could.

intriguing. u sure there's no connection to the mcu here?
i've been trapped in the brooklyn nine-nine rabbit hole. so many eps. i haven't even finished season 2 yet. but they're short - less than 25 mins each. it's been my go-to whenever i have a moment to kill.

Well, there's one slight overlap to the MCU. Ben Mendelsohn plays the lead. But other than that. Straight up drama rooskie. Not a CGI monster in sight.

I'm beginning to think they just wanted to objectify Linda Carter.

Not even. She's a symbol of female empowerment.
