well, wednesday was an ass-kicker of an allergy attack.  still don't know what brought that on. 


today, my face is parched from leaking so much.  i'm not leaking now.  well, maybe a little. still sniffly and my sinuses still feel tight but not clogged. my left ear plugged coming over summit on 17 and i haven't been able to clear that.  it was messing with my equilibrium something fierce at kung fu.  still plugged.

Another bad allergy attack yesterday night

i've decide to treat this allergy attack like a cold and bail on today.  I really don't think it's a cold.  It's only my left sinus (death will come to me from the left) and itchy watery eyes.  my head hurts because it's leaked so much - must be out of mucus by now so i can only assume the rest is cerebral-spinal fluid. but my throat is fine and i'm not achy otherwise.  

i have one must-do errand, but i'll be putting off my xmas shopping for yet another day, staying in bed, and binging The Expanse.

Took a nap. Feeling a little better. Enough for my quick errand today. Then more rest & tv.

What is your drug of choice to combat this?

Also lots of tea. Turmeric, green, earl grey, sarasara kirei cha, peppermint, chamomile, valerian... I think that's it.

Errand achieved.  Felt good to be out but too many xmas shoppers. Both nostrils cleared but eyes were still a bit itchy.  Now back in bed and ready for more Expanse.  

I had this thought that maybe it was a tiny xenomorph that crawled up in my left sinus and it's just gestating now until it pops out all john hurt style through my cheek.

there's gotta be some sort of head cold here too.  it's really just my left sinus and watery eyes but it's causing a post-nasal drip tickle and my head is ringing.  well, my head always rings but it's ringing more than usual now.  

or maybe it's that xenomorph.  feckin xenomorphs.
