#1
This is a resurrection of the Cranefly Fiction thread.  I would have added to the original, but that thread appears damaged.

To those interested, stay tuned..

The Creep

Quote:Over the next three days they explored the surrounding area.  They took boat trips to see the pink dolphins -- just little flashes on the river’s surface in the distance.  They went up a tributary to see some giant lily pads.  They went to Monkey Island, which turned out to be a preserve.  They visited a hut where “natives” did their dance, and everyone got to shoot a blowgun while the natives applauded.  Eugene hated being a tourist.  He hated doing what tourists liked to do, or what the natives thought tourists liked to do.

Dedication: I'll dedicate this one to the white rhino.  Not that it's indigenous to the Amazon Basin where this story is set, but just to show my vast powers in dedicating how I bloody well please.

“The Creep” (10,000 words), started 2013, completed 9/2016

Cranefly, I told you that story in confidence. I appreciate you changing Angelina Jolie's name to Celia (especially now that she's divorcing Brad) but you could have changed my name too. You could've changed it to Mark or Eric or Bob (if you needed something nerdy, you could've gone with Cole).  I did like the anaconda metaphor because, as I told you, that was Angie's nickname for me for years. And we did snog. Angie was a great snogger - I mean srsly - those lips. Plus you omitted the cool mescalito trip story, which was the whole reason I told you that tale in the first place.

Oh well. Hope you can sell it to pay for all your amputee porn. If you do, you owe me a beer for name use royalties.

Day of the Clowns

Quote:"Don't even joke about that."

Dedication: Oh, sure.  Why not.  I dedicate this one to clowns.

This better not be that story I told you about when Nicole Kidman and I got trapped in the erotic circus...

I take it you are still coming down from Symbiosis.

Shoot. That reminds me. Margot Robbie still has my sleeping bag.

I was going to get to that symbiosis story next but now I'm worried cf will use it in one of his fiction tales....

You started that 8 years ago?  srsly?  Because its time has come.

P.S. Thanks for keeping my Kidman erotic circus story secret.  Still not sharing my Symbiosis Robbie story now though.

You know, DM.  As much as I appreciate being credited for my tasteful restraint, to be honest, I've never been terribly good at writing bizarre sex scenes.

And that one topped the cake big-top.

So I just left it out.

Someday I hope to acquire the vocabulary and figurative-language virtuosity to do justice to that scene you so spectacularly related to me with mucho gusto gesticulation and caterwauling voiceover.
