Well, I can't get Westworld or Handmaid's Tale through any of my already-paying-for services. Maybe Tick. I've been resisting that out of my general disdain for comic book stuff. Tara tried to get me started on Money Heist, a telenovela-esque netflixer. It was amusing but I only watched one ep.

I decided to put this here, because Savage Industries logos appear in The Expanse. I saw Adam Savage riding his mono-wheel electric skateboard thing down Oak St on Saturday night.
My first “Celeb Sighting”!

I'm halfway through Season 3. As the Yeti mentioned earlier, Season 3 does kick ass. There was a big story shift over the last two episodes and I like it, especially David Straithern as the ex-pirate. I also wonder who decided this pseudo-Jamaican patois was the how the belters were going to speak.
Rather than watch the movies I just got from Netflix, I will probably burn through the rest of the episodes. I can't wait for Season 4 and 5 and 6. Yes, maybe I should just read the books.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

I'm having a sad. I finished Season 3.
My one negative review is the pastor. I hated her in Lost. And now I hate here in the Expanse. There something about her acting that is just nails on a chalboard for me. She always has that 'puppy that's just been kicked' look about her.

Season 3 just cams available on Amazon Prime and getting a few episodes deep was just what I needed to escape the avalanche of negative change that is engulfing me right now. Delightfully engaging and distracting.

I’ve watched the season 3 finale three times now. It just rocks.

But yeah, Straigthern is great.

Straithorn is great. He doesn’t go 2D on the character (and neither do the writers). I have a crush on Drummer.

At first I thought Drummer (Cara Gee) was hapa and I was going to make some comment on how Deb and I wrecked the Yeti, but she's actually native Canadian, Ojibwe to be specific. She kinda weirds me out. If dm had an Expanse crush, it would have to be Draper - it's that accent...and the killer battle armor.
I've decided I really don't care for Holden or Nagata. But the other characters more than make up for their shortcomings.
