Bladder o'clock went off ten minutes before the alarm. The dogs were screaming at some unseen foe. And I had this murderous pain in my little toe on my left foot. Found out later there was a thorn stuck in my toe. Yes, I got up.

Nonsense.

Got one solid sleep cycle in then popped awake thinking about the weekend. I don’t sleep well this weekend. Forcing myself to get another cycle in before daybreak.

I've been up since 2:30, a combination of thoughts and dog barks. Headed out early for the dog walk.
I also couldn't get to sleep. Got up because I realized I was missing one of the cables for the wireless mics.

Come on, the tournament is over. I should be sleeping and sleeping. And yet, here we are. Probably because I'm thinking of the vids that need to be made and the dogs are excited about something in the yard as usual.

Yep, sleep is for the week. This is a sleep week.
After a sauna, a salt bath, and some Star Wars, I slept like a stone last night. Not quite back to normal but even Stacy said I look better today.

Sleep is for the weak. I had to be up at 3 to walk the dogs in order to be on the road to big Kaiser by 4:30. Naturally my brain decided to be up by 2 to think about Instagram stories and LED saber videos.
