2 seasons, 9 & 10 eps on Amazon prime. There’s a third season not on AP.
2 eps in. Kinda like all these other UK medieval period shows. This one is about the Roman invasion of the 2nd century (I think…) It’s ok so far. Sanguineous. Cut throat. Grimy. The fights are mediocre - one swing; 1 cut. The landscapes are fairly impressive.
There’s a Witcher vibe with an outcast Druid and a girl. There’s a redhead archeress ala Brave. HP factor 1: Prof Hooch. Several Africans in the Roman army so yay for inclusion? The Romans have Brit accents and look like Brits tho.
I like the creepy druids. There’s a flailing attempt at a hallucination on Druidic herbs.
Don’t know if I’ll keep watching. Someone mentioned it at the dog park so I thought I’d give it a go instead of catching up on Endgame.
