Fun. Good acting, good action, high production values. It is predicatble and tropey, but enjoyable.

Two episodes in. Not enthralled. Like some aspects. Bored by others. I need them to to get to the shooting part and skip over the whining about the bad father figure.

God created “fast-forward” for a reason.

Two episodes in here too. Liking it. The strong guy's prosthetics are distracting but otherwise has a good look.

What is up with #1? Is he supposed to be swoll or is there something seriously wrong with him? Every time I see him, I’m distracted by the tiny head attached to the body: to me it looks like he’s got balloons under his shirt.

We’re 7 episodes in. Is this going to be all about the journey or do we actually get a conclusion at the end?

Oh, impatient youth!

You get a second season, most likely, but the chapter clearly ends.

Enjoyed this but hoped for more a bit closure at the end, and not a complete cliff hanger. Oh well. Hoping it gets a second season.

Started ep 1 just cuz y'all were talkin' 'bout it.  Plus I saw it on my kid's queue.

I fell asleep about halfway through.  Not so much a comment on the show, more on my state of exhaustion.  Stupik daylight savings time.

Fuck you, people! Slight cliff hanger? Right.

I'm still not fully engaged with the show. Who am I supposed to relate to in this cast? I do like towards the end everyone seems to be dressing like they are in My Chemical Romance. At times the show does feel like an extended version of The Black Parade. Maybe moody emo rock band leaders shouldn't make TV shows?

I read this after I wrote the above.

Gerard Way in Rolling Stone Wrote:Being in a band is like being in a dysfunctional family and all these personalities are really distinct and really big, not just the people in your band, but the people you meet on the road or the crew that you work with and all this stuff. A band especially is a dysfunctional family, so there’s little bits of me in all the characters, there’s bits of some of the guys in some of those characters and the different roles that we would play in the band and how those roles would change sometimes. We were in a big pressure cooker of fame and notoriety and the characters experience that in the comic and the show.
