The Portal games should be required in school. gravity, physics (complex gravity) and social interaction combine into a brilliant puzzler.
I found the 2nd game slightly easier being used to the mechanics of the first game.
The story is more engaging, with some fantastic voice acting from robots that want to kill you, or want you to help them kill other robots.
The world becomes huge with miles of underground complexes. Searching for panels to use as portals becomes sniper-like.
Tons of fun for parents who don't want their kids killing living beings in search of achievements.
