I've never been a fan of organized sports, but since the Giants won the World Series last year I've found myself really enjoying baseball.
I have yet to miss a Giants game on TV and have been to 2 (with tickets for 2 more).
No other team, no other sports, just Giants baseball.
Anyone want to come over to drink whiskey and yell at the TV every time Tejada drops the ball?

If I weren't so far away, I would. I also love shouting at Sandoval because he never met a pitch he didn't swing at.
I also love ATT Park. And in my long career as a Giant's Fan ( I saw McCovey play at the Stick) I've been there just as many times as you have. Dammit.

However, I did go to a kid's b-day party there once with T. It was pretty cool because it started with a pizza party in that kid's area near the coke bottle, then Lou Seal came in on a scooter and said 'hi', then we got a tour of the locker room. T was like 5 or less then, so she doesn't remember. Oh, and there was no ballgame that day.

Make up some story about how we once shared a prison cell after getting busted running weapons to Afghanistan or that we met in a temple trekking the Himalayas. It's good for my street cred.

I hope DM is going to tonight's Grateful Dead themed night, which has some of the boys singing the National Anthem.
And I hope El Dingo is going to the Star Wars Night and brings me back the statue of Brian Wilson encased in carbonite.
All they have at Dodger Stadium is beatings and reruns of Divorce court.

Oddly enough - I was at GD night.
My friends father is visiting from Newcastle so we took them to the game. The tribute band was weak (1 drummer) but the Mickey-Bob-some guy national anthem was stellar. Probably the best a capella I'd seen.
The game rocked. The Giants won and all was right with the world (for a few short hours).
I want to go to Star Wars day but I've plunked down too much money and time on live games.
It's SRO (last I checked). Someone go with me to make the $40 price tag legit.
