Putting the terror back in Terrorism.
An evil genius plots to unleash a zombie plague on Baltimore, MD. Joe Ledger, ultra-cop stands in the way of this plot. Ledger gets hired by the Military Division of Science after he is able to beat up the titular "Patient Zero"
They're terrorists because the Evil Genius is using Muslim Fundamentalist to carry out the biological warfare.
This book blends the cop procedural with the men's adventure novel with the horror novel to add another book in the canon of Men's Romance novels. There doesn't seem to be anything new in the book. The hero knows all the martial arts and is superbly skilled marksmen and he quips under pressure. He's a rebel who plays by his own rules but always does what's best for mankind. Think of this book as Monster Hunters International but they work for the government.
