Independence Day

We don’t have a 4th of July thread here? How unpatriotic.

In between Sportsball games, the Queen and I watched some of CNN's 250th coverage. We particularly watched the Boston segment. They had the Boston Pops perform the 1812 Overture complete with howitzer accompaniment. They had a nice drone show before the fireworks over the Charles River, a beautiful location. I could put myself in the exact spot. I used to eschew televised fireworks shows, but they are growing on me.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

New York's looked great . DC's looked stupid & toxic (air quality warnings were suppressed by You Know Who). I'd like to see SF's, since they launched from the GG Bridge this year.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

SF was fogged in.

I went to a 4th at Marina Green that was super foggy. It was kinda funny. Big booms and dull patches of color.
