I suffered an allergy attack yesterday. This years changed climate has produced multiple blooms triggering my allergies - sneezing, drippy sinuses, watery eyes. I got past it for a moment during iaido last night but struggled afterwards until finally getting to sleep. Woke up a bit ago and my right sinuses are clear but my left is still congested. Death will come to me from the left.

At star and Yuki is penetrating a new pack: Ruby, Murphy, Lei Lei et. al. Getting some running & chasing in, which is great because I forgot to grab a ball.

Just woke up from a nap and finished my day's YMAA work. Patrick delivered his Mando review, so that's tonight's KFM work. 

Installed an AC unit that our neighbor gave us.

About to take Yuki for walkies, now that it's cooler.

At star after the rain. There’s a 21 month old unfixed bitch here and all the dogs are chasing her. At least Yuki is getting exercise.

Lying awake in my childhood bedroom of 56 years. The house is in the chaos of construction but there’s light at the end of the tunnel. It’s very disorientating for me. After popping awake maybe an hour ago, I got up and did some KFM work. Just dropped a melatonin in hopes of getting one my sleep cycle in before the workers come. Hopefully they won’t be too disruptive for my meetings.
