My mother would drag us to Stern Grove shows. I remember them as being horrible. I was perhaps too young to properly enjoy them.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

Thievery is tempting but I'll just be returning DM's Death March™, which by definition will leave me dead.
Joan is tempting too. I think the last time I saw her was BottleRock.
I don't think I've ever been to a concert at the Grove.

Parking, traffic, crowds, and almost all seats in the sun are all reasons to skip it. I’ve been to a couple, tho I can’t remember who. I do recall trying to take my first cycle on my first long ride to see TMBG there and running out of gas around junipero Serra. (A bit befor that, he wasn’t wagging his finger at me the entire time I was waiting for the tow truck to bring me gas). I learned to watch the odometer and always fill up before the 150mile mark.
The new streaming feature is was perked my interest. I’d like to see X w/o having to deal with the crowds.

Aug 16 caught my attention. That's the weekend of GalaxyCon. But I might be able to cover that con in a day. Never been to this event. Tempting...

Public Enemy?!
We used to go to the Stern Grove concerts a lot back in the 1970s. Hated every minute of it.

Bomba Estereo, Major Laser, Bela Fleck plus the last 4-5 are all solid acts that I'd be interested in.
I've never made it to one of these. Where do you even park?
