Going to spend my next two days off hanging around a fencing club. I'm not sure I've thought this whole "time off from work" thing through.

H returns tonight and that is very good.

Today is a work day - got my good ol' longassbossmang meeting, then spamprogrammin. I should get some writing done too - need to write up FXSF before I forget it all.

Start mentally preparing myself for film festival announcements. According to Billy Joel, it's either sadness or Euphoria. I need to prep the film for subtitle work and get the film converted to DCP so theaters can show the film. I also need to start prepping my taxes. I think i will be filing 4 different returns this year, so that will be fun.

The Christmas lights have arrived. I guess I need to get up on that ladder and put them on the house.

I did mine Friday and Saturday. I couldn't find my multi-outlet timer and had to buy another one. I have no idea where it went. But I also found some better light clips, so I was glad I had to go to the store.

I'm going to have to replace my HomeKit plugs. They do not seem to be responding. I, too, found some better clips this year. The plastic ones I had been using all shattered in the summer heat.

I did mine last weekend too. I need to replace 4 bulbs. 



Then over to svale for mom

Then back to svale to write & listen to the reggae express, like I do...

Well, I didn’t get much writing done. My brain was too full and the night flew by.

This morning i head home & work. Gotta get a lot in place before the weekend which will begin on Thursday night oddly. And it’s a triple telemeet Thursday so I won’t have much time.

It's 6:00am! Why hasn't my goddamn festival made it's acceptance announcement? It's going to be a long couple of months.

Still no answer from the festival, so I will be hitting refresh on the FilmFreeway website like grandma hitting the button on those nickel slots. Run into town for the library and the Queen's medical supplies. Talk to my tax guy later about the mess that will be 2025's taxes.

I'm one telemeet down of three for another triple telemeet Thursday. Listening to Joy in the Morning, the KZSC reggae radio show - still mourning the passing of Jimmy Cliff. 

Tonight I'm playing hooky with iai and headed up to SF for that math rock show that my YMAA coworker plays drums for - he says he'll put me on the list and cautions me to wear earplugs. Never did find a date for it.
