Nose to the grindstone 2025
My navel gazing is always on point.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

Standing between SDCC & Dead60 plus the Abbot swap, I don’t even know where my navel is right now.

It’s above my crotch, right?

I'm not falling for that again.

Sleep. Shower. Catch Muni 5 to the Haight (it’s free for ticket holders). Breakfast with Raz & Leigh (former director of RM). Walk back through shakedown. D&C60 #2.

Doing work on a certain film today in the hope of getting a bit ahead. Or done.

I could sleep in today but I probably won’t. Gonna take Bri out for breakfast (Taraleft for Yosemite yesterday morning). Then hit shakedown street. If I have the time an energy I might make it for the bandshell because I know some peeps that practice there on Sunday and it would be fun to drop in.

Today Trey opens, which doudble down on potential.

After the show, I drive back to the bungalow. I have a cannister of caffeine ready in Darth.

Bumpin at the shop today. I think the season is starting 2 weeks early, which is good, cuz "slow season" (April/May) was devastatingly slow. Add in tariffs, and you've got artisanal, hand-crafted Suck. Hope the season is going in earnest.

Lunch with The Brøz at The Jake’s. Good weather for a moto-ride to South Bay and back. The Brøz seem to be adjusting well to living together. The usual discussions were had, some politics, some life-stuff.

Back to the default world. First meeting went well. The longass 2-hour meeting next. Doing laundry. Half unpacking, half packing for next weekend. Should hit the grocery store for lunch & some frozen pizzas.

Savoring the weekend.
