Looks can be deceiving. It needs a lot of rehab.
According to the Real estate agent, it is one of the most desirable streets in Cambridge. It's about a 10 block walk to Harvard. I never knew how close my grandparents house was to Harvard Yard because we always took the bus to get to Harvard Square when I would visit as a youngster.

And the Cambridge house has been sold. PITA. Turns out in Massachusetts the seller gets to pay both broker's fess, a thing I learned today and was not happy about.
For those keeping score, the house listed at $2.25 and sold for $2.225. Once again the girls were ready to sell at $2.20
