Yeah, it’s another night of caffeine tweaking but it’s my own doing this time. I’ve developed a habit of getting a canned oatmilk coffee and drinking half of it on the way to shows and the other half on the way home to assure that I stay woke for the late night drive. But it’s tough to calibrate the dosage so I can sleep. Even with a nite cheese & whiskey antidote, I’m still buzzn, partly from the caffeine and partly from that post show glow.
Fortunately I don’t have to be at yoga until 10:30 so I can sleep in.
I think it’s time for some TikTok…

Sleep is for the weak. Almost gave up and got out of bed at 3 and started my day.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

I was up and down all night last night, thinking about this week and irritated with my mystery ankle pain.
But I forced myself not to look at my phone or add to this thread.

Been waking up at 5 lately. I usually don’t have to get up until 7 so I force myself back to sleep(not hard in the morn - kinda nice actually). Not sure why my circadians are doing this lately.

My mystery ankle pain has subsided only to be replaced by a mystery stomach pain. Ulcer? Life is all about mystery pains now.

And this is happening again. Too late for a 420 post. Bother.

Tweaking over my writing error ( http://www.brotherhoodofdoom.com/doomFor...7#pid79147 ). Writing is my career and even tho this is a contribution piece, I cannot afford to make mistakes like that. I made another one over a month ago that was published but no one has called me out on it yet.
I feel over caffeinated. I had verve this morning and then have been drinking white tea all day but tea usually doesn't affect me this hard. Perhaps my error has given me THE FEAR. I’m juggling way too many axes right now.
I got like an hour of sleep and am now awake again. I need to get one cycle in and I only have 3 more hours to do it. It’s too late for melatonin & whiskey… bummer man.

Who needs insomnia when you can have your dogs do a proof of life check at 3am?
We recently opted not to lock the dogs away at night. So far, it's going great.

My body is in the bedroom i was raised in and slept in on and off for the last 53 years. It’s quiet, dark and cozy, but the faint shift towards sunrise has begun.
My brain is in NH, in France, in Mad God hell, in a piece I’m writing for Moon Fesf, and grappling with the KFM reboot and the new upcoming issue of KFTC.
I could get another hour and a half of sleep if I could silence this brain circus. Good thing I’ve got some iced coffee cans in the fridge.

Between being on pst in est and that mediocre Capp I had today, I’ve been tossing and turning for a few hours now. Someone just texted me - one of my KFM writers and my phone lit up. So here I am.
I’ll probably adjust to est on Thurs when I head home.

Hopefully you get some REM PDQ even tho you are EST and we’re all PDST, OK?
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

NH is wreaking havoc on my circadians. Everyone went down around 10 and I noodled on my laptop a bit then nodded off maybe an hour ago, only to pop wide awake now (1am est). I just took some melatonin but I should look into better sleep aids. I was drowsy all day yesterday. I’m sure I’ll adjust tomorrow right when I leave.
