The Book of Boba Fett (2021)
#46
Bringing the Wars back to Star Wars. Quite the firefight. The finale was basically one big battle scene.

I predicted several of the saves, and was disappointed by the spoiler because that might have surprised me. I was hoping Fennec would have done that deed however.

Did they stick the landing? I guess. Instead of calling it The Book of Boba Fett, it should've been the Chapter, because it was really just a tangent chapter of The Mandalorian. I read somewhere that Ming-Na didn't even know that they were filming a separate series. She thought it was all part of Mando's show. And it kinda was.

Didn't quite get the credits teaser. Adding the Boba chant to the end credit theme song was annoying. It was distractingly enjoying. Moving on...

That was a nice battle. It went a lot of different ways. I think we're leaning into the Western motifs a little too much. I really don't like the Mod kids. The whole series was kind of Meh as far as Boba Fett was concerned. The best episodes involved the Mandalorian. In the movies Fett was this mysterious cool character but you don't get that from the TV show.

Why not just send Fennec Stand out to do the deed in the first place? Why wait? Mando and Grogu have the best scenes. Amy Sedaris continues to annoy. Krrsatan needed more to do.

I need to find out what the teaser was about. Was that Olyphant in the tank maybe?

Agreed although I didn’t mind the mods. I just wanted that arc to go somewhere more interesting and they just kinda dangle.

I realized all of my friends who were in this die. Except for machete. Machete don’t die. Finally - machete in space!

What’s next? Obi-Wan?

The Mods seem like they are in a different movie. When does the Rancor get his own show? Or just Boba riding the Rancor around dispensing justice?

Obi-Wan drops May 25, on the eve of Star Wars Celebration. But there is a Marvel series before that. Moon Knight maybe.

Oh...that makes sense.

Maybe he'll redeem mods for you then.

I'm hoping for a spinoff of the rancor keeper. It did surprise me to see the show go all kanji v mech.

More so I'd like to see a Fennec Shand spinoff. This was really so much about her.

I was thinking that might have been him.

The only thing that can redeem the Mods is a Who Soundtrack.

Does anyone else notice that the Tusken Raiders and the Pyke syndicate both have nobs protruding out of the lower halves of there faces? So, if you wrapped the Pyke in bandages wouldn't they be Tusken?
