i saw the screener last night. great photography, of course. the story was really muddled. i wish they had consulted me. there were some glaring errors in the reporting. it would have been much better with the sound turned off and some surreal music playing. the timing is great for us tho, since our issue on the newsstands now is a shaolin special.
back to heroes, i have a new formula for the show. bad sylar good; good sylar boring. 'cake!' was the greatest line of the entire season.

I concur. But bad guys are always the best. Cake? yourself.

i caught hiro on an old reno 911 playing a translator (basically hiro). he was funny. i'm not that into hiro. he perpetuates the asian nerd stereotype. i liked him when he first came back from the future in season 1, with the cool goatee, sword across his back and no accent.

Ok...I leave the Victory Fencing Grand Opening and go to visit my folks for a nice dinner. I don't have cable, so I indulge while I'm there (although I let them choose what to watch). Here's what we watched:

Beat that mofos!
Honorable mention goes to the America's Funniest Home Videos winner: a chihuahua that pees while walking on its two front legs. It walks/pees about 30'. Amazing TV...

I just got a screener (actually, they sent me two) for this show coming out on History Channel in May. It's very engaging, one of the better Bruce Lee docs because it comes from some unique angles. Definitely worth a look see if you get History Channel...

I couldn't say if this "rocks" or not. It is definitely odd. Season 2 + 3 are a little more refined. Tony "It's an outrage" Harrison is pretty funny...

It's finally warming up. It's finally getting to the what the hell moments. Watch it before they cancel it.
I'm also liking "Better off Ted" Light fluffy comedy to take the edge a really strenuous day. Oh wait. My days still aren't strenuous. It's funny, though.
