I'm more broken than you
Took me a few weeks to get used to wearing the night guard; now, I can’t sleep for more than 3 hours without it. Hope you feel better soon!
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Thanks. That's rough with the guard, but I guess it's better than a CPAP.

Last night's recipe made some progress. The clicking has softened a bit. Still a little sore, and groggy post benzo.

My jaw issue is subsided gradually. Still hurts when I take that first bite, but then relaxes into eating. Last night, in a hot epsom salt bath, it went away completely.

Somehow I seem to have injured my left wrist. It's sore on the ulnar side, as if I sprained it. Like my jaw problem, I just woke up that way. Both afflictions are on my left side and like I always say 'death will come to me from my left'. I wonder what I'm doing while asleep to wake up so injured.

Should I ask what side of you Mrs. DM sleeps on?

Wouldn't it be better to evade the ones you don't see coming?

sure, but that's hard to do when you can't see 'em.

Tomorrow I go to the dentist to get that molar pillar recrowned.  Hopefully it's still in good enough condition, and I'm not looking at another root canal.

The office called me with a reminder, and also notified me that there'd be an additional PPE fee of $20.  Sure.  That's like a drop in a very big bucket.  But I did take the opportunity to ask if it might be possible to get a hair trim while at it.  She had me hold while she checked with the dentist, came back and said sorry, too much risk.
