S2 starts out close to the end, or so it seems. The game for this show is how they will string out the conclusion, which seems rather inevitable. There’s still decent intrigue and potential for double crossing. And who knew ping pong balls were so flammable?

Ha. Forgot about that. 

Actually they aren’t flammable anymore. The old ones were but the newer ones are not. At least that’s what ai tells me (and ai is probably setting us up for the takeover which may deploy flammable ping pong balls because only Greg remembers The Great Escape and he won’t be able to stop them because he lost so much credibility with his last doc on qigong tricks. Who’d a thunk that would lead to the demise of humans on earth?)

S2e2 flips the season premiere sideways - now they can string us along for another season. This show has a recipe: It goes through several acts and story arcs each time, but then at then end there’s a reveal that shows how several of the scenes regarding to overarching plot were deceptions, kinda like mission impossible. It’s a fair device but it’s getting overused.

Still stringing us along with duplicity but a major character exited the firm and I’m sad because I liked her. I’m really getting into Olympia because her hair is always perfect. 

The actor who plays Billy has been fired due to a sexual assault on the actress who plays Sarah. They are the two assistants of Olympia. It’s a shame. I liked their characters and how they interacted, but knowing the truth behind the actors totally spoils it all. It’s totally messed up.

The whole irl Billy/Sarah tragedy is messing with my appreciation of this show. Plus they keep stringing along the story. Might bail. Probably won't tho because it doesn't occupy too much of my time...

Don’t know why I'm still watching this. It’s just an exercise in writers stringing it along and milking the plot for more eps. Maybe I just wanna see how Billy gets written out.
