I'm thinking about Enter the Dragon, which Bruce Lee finished shortly before his death in 1973. At that time:
Bruce Lee was 32.
Shrek Kin (who played Han) was 60.
David Carradine (who played Kwai Chang Caine, but not in Enter the Dragon) was 37.
Bobby Fischer (who died last year) was 43.
Kung Fu the series had started the year before -- which means that Carradine's career was just taking off at age 36.
Bobby Fischer's famous match with Spassky also took place the year before, completing his rise to the top at age 42.
Shrek Kin was just becoming known to Western audiences at age 60.
Lee had finished making his statement at age 32.
To my knowledge they only made one movie together: Enter the Search for Bobby Fischer's Deathsport.
They will be sorely missed.
