X-Men Origins:Wolverine
#1
Blech.
I feel much better now that I've got that out of the way.
"There is no redemption on the road I'm taking"

If you love overacting and bad dialogue, this is the film for you. I'm thinking this film was crippled by the story elements revealed in the other 3 X-men movies. You know the place Wolverine gets his adamantium. You know about Stryker. So you know a lot of the story already and you wait for the movie to get to those points.

While you wait you have this ludicrous dialogue. There are some great action set pieces, but it's pretty boring in between them. And some of the mutant powers make no sense. One of them is a sharp shooter? Really, how do you know you have that power?

Then there is Huge Jackman. He's just too likable to be the despicable Wolverine. He tries really tough to act badass but I just don't buy it. The rest of the characters are looking for an extra dimension so they can be two dimensional.

And the film looked bad. They went with a grunge pallet which didn't work for me either.

Overacting, Bad dialogue, murky cinematography, wierd stale plot. You make the call.
So much for the flickr badge idea. Dammit
