I'm bailing on the HHCF event this year. I'm NOT working on my b-day. No way. It'd be fun to hang with RZA & Rakaa, but frankly, I'm not that into chess or hip hop, and the bent is more MMA than kung fu, so there you have it.
As for Sifu Bond, his name is really Yanfei and he's a disrobed Shaolin monk. He's taught me that mantis form. It's fun like a wind sprint, but like all mantis, very dense and complicated requiring a lot more speed than I have now.
And youtube still makes me look fat.
