That whole hot poker scene bugged me. He goes through with it. Kim winces. And then it just disappears. Kim has survived ridiculous abuse throughout the show but that's the John Wick way of action nowadays, but at least there should be some acknowledgment of the burn. It just disappears. And when that whole N. Korea scene is revealed, it's like 'hold the phone - what about the guy who just got his throat bitten out?"
But this is not the kind of show to dwell on such things because it'll ruin it. Come for the action, stay for the action, never mind the writing flaws...
