Chancellor's office is stonewalling us on contract negotiations. We were supposed to have step raises implemented last November (voted on by state legislature) but they didn't do it. Now their offer is doing that now but our team is saying you need to give us the back pay. And they want the option to review our contract every year, which means they want the opportunity to keep putting the screws to us. Looks like we'll go on strike. I hope they set it for the first day of Fall semester.
