She has not. I went out this morning to find she had chewed through one of the main lines.
When I lived in the Santa Cruz mountains, we had a problem with rodents eating the tasty plastic inside Shannon's BMW engine compartment. After an expensive repair, I tried someone's suggestion of putting dollar store, extremely smelly drier sheets inside the engine compartment. We never had any problems with rodents after that.
I also had a problem with bats roosting in the rafters right above the front door. No problem with bats themselves, just the poop that would pile up on the doorstep. Someone suggested hanging mothballs there which I did and the bats stopped roosting there.
Maybe Aoife is smelly drier sheet or mothball averse?
