The Ninja Vixens 3: The Final Conspiracy (1991)
This series falls in a rut. There's always a damsel in distress that stumbles into the ninjette's path; she's the regal victim of some conspiracy coup. There's a bathing scene. There's human traffickers. There's kicks to the balls. There's a bondage scene with whipping, always tied to a wall or a hanging bar. There's weird acrobatic dancing as a show.
Then there's some fresh stuff. The main villain has a major facial scar and can decapitate his own head and de-limb himself. His head can fly and bite. His arm can travel in the ground holding a sword up to cut people. And his name is Yuki. There's another guy that specializes in big rubber spiders which he uses to poison drinks and guard locks. There's a twin with a facial scar. There's a bubbling pool of shit-colored muck that acts like quicksand and pulls anyone who falls in it to their death.
All in all, fairly entertaining. I think this was my fav because of Yuki. He delivers some funny fight scenes. Mildly D00M recommended. You gotta be in the right mood. And I'd just jump to this threequel, and not bother with the rest.
