It's a lot of walking. Wear good shoes, dress for bitter cold at nights (there are lockers for rent), and know that food is pricey, but really good.
I have friends that live near 25th and Lake, so I might hit them up (assuming all of their other friends haven't also hit them up). Parking for HSL was a nightmare (since it's free?), and I assume OSL will be the same if not worse. I might consider taking the cycle, but I'd have to figure out how to tote my belongings. Phoebe (Phormer Yeti Bike) is in Marina (not THE marina, the one near Ft. Ord). And it has all the handy storage. My duc is here in Cupertino, and is essentially a fancy, and fast moped, with no storage.
