Two weird notices came in. One from the Area 51 Film festival thanking me for past success with Iron Crotch and they were looking for anything new that I had done. Great except for the fact Iron Crotch is still under consideration with them and they don't announce until September. I sent them a note asking for clarification.
The 4th Dimension told me the status on Iron Crotch has changed from selected to Nominee. There were twenty other filmmakers included on the email. I don't know how that changes anything. 4th Dimension still hasn't decided on a festival line-up. They did send me laurels to share with everyone but it still feels like a participation award given to everyone who sent in a film.
