Seen on Tubi
I watched it cause I’m a Norah Jones (who I also have a crush on) fan. It was a good, solid, indy/“B” movie. jude is good. I think Natalie always plays Natalie. david Straighthairn and Rachael Weisz were good and I was impressed by Norah in a lead role with these accomplished actors and holding her own.
It was an OK story. I think there were a few gratuitous transitions in the camerawork that were conspicuous and “arty”.
The other song on the soundtrack is The Greatest, by Cat Power, who plays Jude’s wayward lost love. i wonder if Norah and she got some sort of deals - “hey, give a song for free and we’ll out you in our movie!”

PS: I saw Norah at Steve Jobs’ memorial at Infinite Loop. It was a very short set, but she was very sweet. I saw her again, at Mountain Winery with a band and she was great.
