Not gonna make the Memorial tomorrow. Stacy's dad's gathering takes precedence; none of the will have any sense of what we're sacrificing to be there but what can ya do? I even got invited to a pre- and post-gathering of the family, but I don't really know Natascha, and I'm not sure I'd even recognize Chloe or Monet.
In a weird moment of synchronicity, I just got back from yoga and turned on Have a Nice Day, a 70s radio show hosted by my dog park friend DJ Kai Dragon. Today he's playing '77 so I turned on the radio to Marley's War, and then opened my email receive confirmation from Rock Med about working the upcoming Dark Star Orchestra shows. Right then Dark Star by CSN came on. The music never stopped.
Kai is devoting the remainder of his show to Bobby, starting with Lost Sailor > Saint of Circumstance. He mentioned a Grateful Dead Dance at the 418 Project but I cannot find any details on it beyond a note on their calendar. Never been to the 418 Project. It's a dance studio near the Woodhouse I think.
