I'm thinking Lily might be a touch agoraphobic. Or she associates the outdoors with loud noises again after our recent spate of thunderstorms.
Usually, for the morning walks, Aoife and Lily will come to me at the front door for their leashes. But after the storm, Lily hides and I have to go get her. Then several times on the walk, she will uncontrollably jump on me for reassurance. Nothing will calm her. I've let her skip a few walks to get her to center herself and maybe forget the booms. She has opted out of the afternoon walks because that is when the gunfire usually happens. I'm making it a point to bring her out a couple of times on those walks.
Lily is damaged from her pre-adoption times. Hopefully, I can get her to realize she doesn't need to worry.
In news to no one, Aoife remains a nut job.

As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
