Caught the first two episodes. It's very soapy but enjoyable. Lots of different threads from family interactions to political ones. Even some religious problems because this is Ireland. The guy in charge of building the barrels for Guinness and also the family fixer, Sean Rafferty is the best character so far. So much malevolence. The show does get a bit mumbly at times. I almost turned on closed captioning.
I played the game of "I wonder where they filmed that" because some of it looks accurate and some of it is shite and some times the logic doesn't quite work. But I am enjoying it. You might have to be a hibernophile to get anything out of it, but there is some good class and family struggles going on.
