One way to make new friends is to tell artists you are going to pay them money. I've got 7 emails from people saying they want to score the movie. Which probably means, I need to finish the movie.
I hope to have a rough cut/assemblage done by Friday. It's missing some big chunks on Jade Egg, Sex positions, and Qi Philosophy. But the current cut is just under 90 minutes. There is a lot of fat in there, but I've got scissors.
I also need to finalize the poster design. I'm still unhappy with its current incarnation. I need to do a mock-up to show the poster designer what I want.
Hiring a translator is also in the cards, unless I can convince GM Tu Daughter two to help out.
Thinks are moving along. Deadline is 44 days out.
