For nearly 30 years, I have worn my Grateful Dead US flag/rose crew shirt on nearly every 4th. Not today. I’m all in black, wearing my Karuna shirt designed by Tara after winning a yearly school design contest for their India trip (Karuna means compassion or mercy in Sanskrit).
Finished my yoga class. I’m at the Bagelry next door to the studio; Hell in a Bucket was playing when I walked in (this place almost always plays dead shows). Headed home to deal with a few social media tasks for work, then just relaxing until tonight when I’ll be talking Yuki down from his annual firework anxiety attack. There were a few last night, and he stuck to me like glue, slept on my feet until 3:30 (amazing how my space a 40lb dog can take up on a bed). I’m down on sleep. Glad I bailed on Kesha last night to be with him.
The mental image of Greg crotch wrestling will haunt me. Nevertheless, if you need any help, I’m always at your disposal. If you need DM to appear as a talking head to stri g stuff together, he’s available as long as there’s nachos on the crafty table…
