I did one of those 30-day plank challenges a few years ago. Got up to 2.25 minutes.

Then I injured myself.

Doing fucking planks.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.
