I'm more broken than you
Caution: Whining Incoming.

I'm sick of my shoulder. I've started doing the new exercise, bringing me to six total, and all it does is make my should hurt. There is a constant ache in there I do not appreciate. I don't know if that is a good thing. And some times I can't do the exercise as well as I did the day before. I do the exercises three times a day with sets of 20 of each exercises. I asked the physical therapist for when I should do them and she said to just kind of work them into your routine when you aren't doing anything else. I tried doing one where I slide my hand up the door jam every time I went to the bathroom, but I pee way too often for that to be pleasant.

Come on. It's been a whole week of the new exercises. Why aren't I healed?

I am thankful I don't have to dose with Valium before my PT appointments. Although, I am taking the acetaminophen before bed again. I was little premature in stopping.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
