A friend texted me with a free ticket to Fortunate Youth (Cali reggae band). It was a $40 ticket but I declined. I need to rest and recover. I’ve been sneezing & coughing all evening and now I’m going to turn in early, despite a good post-sauna-salt-bath nap. Today is a rest day.
