I'm heartily sick of sleeping upright. I'm taking off the sling more and more per doctor's orders. I'm down to two tylenol before bed, but I might not need even those. Still no word when I start physical therapy.
One of the reasons I have suchh limited mobility in my shoulder is because during surgery they made two posts in the bone and then sewed my repaired ligament to the posts so my arm wouldn't move. As time progresses, the posts and sutures will dissolve and I'll be able to my shoulder again.
