I wanted to see why Kieran Culkin won the academy award for best supporting actor. After seeing this, I still don't know why.

Plus, I got see Jesse Eisenberg, who also wrote and directed this. Another red flag I ignored. True to form Eisenberg did hid his Eisenberg character of the whiny nebbish.

Culkin and Eisenberg play cousins off to Poland on a guided tour to find the home of their grandmother who fled the Nazis during WW2. It is all very actory with scenes set up so the actors could chew the scenery. Jennifer Grey is in this, as well.
