Ah, Kaiser.
Just got a call about my shoulder appointment for Friday. My doctor will be in surgery and they want me to reschedule. Fine. They want an afternoon appointment on the same day. Which I can do but it's a pain leaving Fresno on Friday afternoon in Yosemite traffic. The appointment nurse says they can reschedule to next week. I explain about the funeral. Then they ask if it would help if I did an appointment in Oakhurst? That would be great! They want to do it on the day of the funeral.
I schedule for the afternoon at Friday. Ten minutes later I get a call saying there has been a cancellation and they can see me at my original time on Friday morning.
