If they give you antibiotics, hit the probiotics after that.
Still not sure what that was about for me last week. I had no beets. I ate at a Japanese restaurant the night before - salmon teriyaki. The remaining days I ate my usual diet. I’m just glad it went away. Maybe it was some stress related thing.
